Wynnstay has 41 retail outlets, including 30 Wynnstay Stores and eleven pet centres of which there are ten Wilsons Pet Centres and one Just for Pets Store.

The retail outlets are spread over a broad regional area; seven in Shropshire, two in Staffordshire, seventeen in North and Mid Wales, eight in Worcestershire, one in Herefordshire, two in Lancashire, one in Derbyshire and two in Birmingham. In many cases our stores form a vital part of the local community and our extensive product range allows for a 'one-stop shopping' experience for the majority of our customers.

We carry a large portfolio of products, some 11,000 in all. We therefore serve very diverse markets, originally purely agricultural but, increasingly, catering for the rural and urban dweller with an interest in gardening, pets, horses, and also to people with a plot of land too large to call a garden!

Our increasing diversity has not been at the cost of our core business, agriculture, which remains very important to us. However, we are proud that the business has gradually evolved into a multifaceted rural retailer on three long established principles: Good Quality, Good Value and Good Advice.

Quality - we aim to supply only the best in terms of product quality because we know that our loyal customers have entrusted Wynnstay to deliver this promise.

Value - coupled with quality we strive to provide value throughout our product range this must be tangible and realistic.

Advice - It is our belief that no product can be sold without the availability of advice and support on request. Our dedicated team of people at the stores are happy to help the customer throughout their purchasing decision and will assist when called upon to give technical advice to all aspects of the product offer.

There are many other reasons to shop at our stores. We offer convenient and free parking, our staff are only to pleased to carry your purchases to the car for you, there are a variety of methods of payment and, as a customer, you will benefit from the professional pack sizes that we offer giving real economies of scale, and our regular best-buy promotions.

We are also increasingly looking to provide multi-purpose sites for our customers through joint ventures and partnerships with like minded local businesses, so that for example you may be able to shop with us and visit your veterinary practice at the same time!
