Young’s Animal Feeds Limited The business manufactures and distributes equine, pet and wild bird foods, It customers are mainly pet shops and equine sales outlets. The business is based in Staffordshire with distribution units in Merseyside and Cheshire.

Wyro Developments Limited
This is a property development company focused on the Mid & North Wales region. It initially developed surplus Group sites but now is actively acquiring a land bank.

Bibby Agriculture Ltd
Through the Groups ownership Of Welsh Feed Producers Ltd, a 50 % equity interest in Bibby Agriculture is held, which is a venture established in October 2005 and distributes animal feed in Wales and the Border counties, under the long established Bibby brand.

ASSOCIATE COMPANY

Wynnstay Fuels Limited
The Group holds a 40% interest in this business which distributes agricultural, commercial and domestic fuel oils.
