Joint Ventures
The Group has interests in two joint ventures and one associate company. Working closely with like minded people to develop business in growth markets which are separate to our core business but which bring additional synergistic benefits to the Group.
Wyro Developments Limited
Wyro Developments is a property development company focused on the Mid & North Wales regions. It initially developed surplus Group sites but has expanded by acquiring a local land bank through close Group relationships.
Bibby Agriculture Ltd
A 50% equity interest in Bibby Agriculture is held, which is a venture established in October 2005 to acquire the long established Bibby brand, to distribute animal feeds throughout Wales.
Associate Company
Wynnstay Fuels Limited
